  3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  4. Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions will be kept confidential.
  5. Payment: A full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
  6. Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, but sessions can be rescheduled if necessary.
  7. Code of Conduct: Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected during sessions.
  8. Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health concerns or conditions that may affect your session.
  9. Feedback: We welcome your feedback to improve our services and ensure your satisfaction.

  11. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee. Sessions can be rescheduled based on availability.
